The apartment has a nice layout and was clean. Staying in a loft is always fun. Elena was responsive to any questions we had and even called us a taxi on our departure.

Elena’s loft was incredible for our stay in Florence. Short walks to landmarks as well as local gems. Super spacious, comfy and clean. Could get a little loud at night but the ear plugs she provided were super helpful. Elena was always quick to respond and even let us drop our luggage off before check in while the loft was getting cleaned. I could not have picked a better place to stay and hope to return in the future :)

The Le Murate loft was both chic and charming, easy to walk everywhere and well outfitted for downtime. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities and the restaurant recommendations.

Lovely place, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Elena was very helpful and responsive, booked a taxi for us as it can be tricky in Florence. The space has everything you need, good water pressure and a decent bed. It can get a little noisy from cars when sleeping but she included ear plugs in the bed side table. Got a little muggy inside but it does air out quick enough with the windows open. Would definitely stay again if we return to Florence!
