We absolutely loved this home! It’s location to All-Star Village was fantastic…only 5 minutes away. The home had large rooms with two living spaces…it was ideal for our two families. The cleanliness was top notch and the provided linens were great as they were one less thing we needed to pack. The pool was incredible for the younger siblings to swim in between their big brothers’ games! The view of the backyard of the home had beautiful horses on the rear property… an amazing surprise! The kids would look forward to seeing them every day! Sean was very accommodating and responsive to questions, even bringing us an extra set of batteries for the TV remote! I would HIGHLY recommend this home while in town for All-Star Village or any other reason!!

Perfect spot for families with kiddos at All Star Village. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay at the house. 1 more adult and 3 kids joined us once the kids were done playing ball. 4 big bedrooms with comfy beds and lots of space. Pull out couch in the lower level that kiddos slept on. 2 full bathrooms. Large kitchen and eating area. Large upper level and lower level areas with couches and tv's to hang out. Huge laundry room. The pool was wonderful! The pictures might not do it justice, but I promise it's clean, blue water, refreshing, and just plain FUN!! Lots of chairs around the pool to hang out. The outdoor grill and patio seating was wonderful. The house is big, clean, and a lot of great space for families. Having the pool and being SO close to the fields was AMAZING for our group. Sean was super responsive and very easy to work with. He stopped by one day to collect garbage and give the pool a quick clean. I highly recommend this house to anyone going to CASV.

The home has a lot of land and is very spacious inside. The bathrooms and kitchen are both updated and the pool is great. However, everything in the house needs to be updated. The windows have very old AC units covered with tape so you hear every car passing by from the front bedroom. That AC did not even work. The house has a musty smell to it as well. The linens also definitely need to be updated. The most bizarre part has to be the amount of times the owner comes to the house to maintain the pool. He does notify you, but I also have a pool and I don’t have to check it on a daily basis. Cable or electric people also came on the last day and spent hours outside. These things should be scheduled outside of rental hours. This house is also very close to All Star Village and Dunkin! That was definitely a positive and the kids loved to play in the huge yard. Finally, the neighbor next door with the horses is a great guy! He let the kids come over and pet them. Overall, great location

We had the most relaxing stay at Sean and Precious’ home. We were greeted every morning with the view of the neighbors horses. The house was big enough to host three sets of parents that were in town for the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. Both floors had identical floor plans so there wasn’t a fight to pick the best room. We couldn’t have picked a better location. We were close enough to pop into town to grab any groceries when needed. The fields were also very close to the house which helped during the downtime in between games. The pool is an added bonus for the hot days. Sean and Precious were very accommodating. They were always available for any questions we had about the house or area. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and spacious location.
