Tulemar Garden House by the Beach,LLC., is a luxury villa, right at the Beach. Private house located in exclusive condominium with private beach! House best suited for multigenerational family vacations. Maid service included 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Concierge on hand for your travel needs and for planning your stay. Full or part time chef available at additional fee. Most convenient location in all of Manuel Antonio. No need for a car. Just about anywhere you may want to go in Manuel Antonio or Quepos is only a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride, and there are many taxis. Tours will pick you up right at the door of Garden House and return you afterwards free of charge. The beach is a 5 min. walk within the landscaped grounds. Guests can go in different directions, do different activities during the day and meet up easily at the house later in the day.

Our trip to Garden House was one for the books. Asher took care of every detail from the time we stepped off of the plane until the time we stepped back on. The house is absolutely beautiful! The size was perfect for our family of 10. There are multiple places to gather outside in the sun or under the cover of the patio in the rain. The view of the ocean over the pool is absolutely stunning. The wildlife from the house was extraordinary. We had daily visits from sloths, iguanas, toucans, macaws, squirrel monkeys, white faced monkeys, and the howler monkeys. The short walk to the beach was lovely. Tito served as in house concierge, and we also utilized him as chef for the week. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and his cooking was delicious. He made food that both the kids and adults enjoyed. His service fee was very reasonable. His cooking was far superior to the restaurants that we visited. Mayra was the sweet maid keeping all clean. This was true vacation.

This is a gated community in the middle of the rainforest with security guards. All roads are paved, and Garden House has a driveway that allows its guests 3 cars for parking. There are 2 restaurants on the grounds, one of which is at the beach. There is a mini market within the grounds at the Tulemar Office, and many grocery stores nearby with lots of American products.

There is free shuttle service within the grounds of Tulemar for guests, and just about anywhere you may want to go within Manuel Antonio or Quepos is only a 5 to 10 Min., drive. Taxis generally arrive very quickly and are reasonable. If you would like to rent a car, the concierge of Garden House can help you with that also. Garden House has a driveway, so you do not have to park away from the house. The beach is about a 5 min. walk within the grounds, you can drive to it and there is parking, or take the shuttle, a 1 min., drive. There is parking t the beach. Walking back to the house is an uphill walk and rather steep so it will take longer, but the employees at the beach will happily call the shuttle for you.
