Had a great stay. Watched Dolphins and Manatee from our patio. We were also able to watch 5 space launches. Paul was great gave us some great restaurant and places to go.

From the start with our reservation untill we checked out, my husband and I felt like Paul and Lissette’s favorite guests. Friendly, understanding, and thoughtful. We felt right at home in the cute apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It overlooks the Indian river and we saw at least 6 launches from Kennedy Space Center right from our balcony. This 5 wk stay was supposed to be a bucket list trip but if at all possible we’ll be back at Paul’s place. Nice friendly community too. Pam&Barry Myers

Paul was great to work with. This place is well equipped, perfect location, beautiful view of the Indian River. All around a great experience!

We chose this place, because the average temperatures are in the 70s for February and March, and we were not disappointed! Even though we had to drive to get to the beach, we loved the Playalinda beach. We probably went there 4 days a week! On days when it was overcast, we drove the long way to the beach in the Merritt Island Wildlife preserve to catch a glimpse of gators, dolphins or manatee! We loved Merritt Island!! (you do need to buy a pass to get to the beaches, or we had the National Parks Pass, but I think it was only $20 for unlimited visits) We went to Cocoa Beach if we wanted to get lunch and watch the surfers. Or New Smyrna... there are a lot of options! The condo is great! It is an end condo, so you can watch the sunrise every morning from bed, and it is very spacious! We also saw dolphins almost daily swimming by the condo - very cool! I also think the location is the best for Kennedy Space Center rocket launches... We were there for 2 months, and we saw a total of 7 launches! It was exciting every time! Paul was very responsive! He provided great information about the different beaches, as well as great road trip information! We will definitely return!!
