A fantastic base for exploring Cornwall with easy access to main roads while still being in a quiet area, with a handy shop and pub nearby. The house itself is lovely and welcoming.

This is a clean, modern family house, away from the busier and more expensive seaside resorts. This suited us because we were visiting family and beaches are all close by anyway. We really enjoyed the spacious accommodation and my 2 year old son enjoyed the array of toys! It’s a shame the weather wasn’t nice enough to enjoy the garden while we were at the house. The house is also walking distance to the yummy Penrose Kitchen. All we felt the house was missing was some clothes drying facilities; there is a washing machine so was expected. Otherwise, I highly recommend for those looking for a quiet base for touring around.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable time with James. House was super clean and tidy. It was a great base for us to go enjoy Cornwall. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable family house in a quiet village. Location great - close to attraction and a short drive to a lovely beach, Perranporth. We will be visiting again for sure!
