一次非常愉快的住宿体验，房间如描述一样，非常干净整洁，设施齐全。交通方便，楼下公园的周日集市印象深刻。房东Mary很漂亮，人也超级Nice，给我很多游玩的建议，还特地赶来帮我们预订包车跟司机沟通。我已经推荐给我的朋友们，这里是我下次马尼拉之行的首选。

One of the rare places in Manila where there is lots of space. It’s very comfortable has all the amenities and everything works. Will definitely be back . Highly recommended for longer stays

Recently we had the pleasure of staying in a very nice, clean, spacious AirBnB in the heart of Makati. The apartment is conveniently located walking distance to a Legaspi park, nice restaurants, Greenbelt Mall and a hospital. Each room is air conditioned, beautifully furnished, the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities. The building maybe old but is clean, well maintained and secured 24/7 by friendly security guards. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by our host Mary Grace. She is very nice and accommodating. She made sure that all our needs are met and communicates with us on a weekly basis since our stay was for a month. Our bedsheets, towels were delivered by Mary Grace herself and her son. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in this nice apartment. It is home away from home and we surely love the time we spent here. Thank you Mary Grace for being such a super host. We will surely comeback and recommend you place!
