Spacious and comfortable villa, located at the beach. Good dining zone inside house, pool on the backyard. We had issue with AC, which team tried to fix but it didnt work well. Stuff was helphul, helped to do grocery and cooked. A bit complicated to comminucate due to poor English, but food was cooked deliciously! Keep in mind- no restaruants near by, u need to use TukTuk for most of things.

Our holiday in Balpitiya was wonderful. Gorgeous villa with the beach right outside with direct access. It's perfect for watching the sunsets. The view and the sound of the ocean is just spectacular! If you want a private beach with no people and traffic, this is the place you seek.. But there are big waves all the time, so swimming is dangerous without life jackets or surfboards. The house is exactly as in the pictures. The house was clean, but please don't expect European standards. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. We had two service staff, Housekeeper and Chef. They were very friendly and helpful. They went to great lengths to fulfil all our wishes: served tea and coffee, cooked for us, and cleaned our rooms. We really had to push them to do the shopping for us (a supermarket about a kilometer away) as discussed but the food they did cook was wonderful!! There is a BBQ in the villa, so you can use it for your cooking (fresh Tuna steaks are very cheap in supermarket)

Our holiday in Balpitiya was wonderful. We had two service staff, Yasira and Nali. They went to great lengths to fulfil all our wishes. They went shopping for us, cooked for us, cleaned our rooms, organised our excursions and came with us. The house is exactly as in the pictures, the beach is amazing, we practically had it to ourselves. The pool and the house were clean, but please don't expect European standards. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we would book the house again.

Fantastisk sted. Det var kokk og vaktmester i huset. De gjorde en fantastisk jobb. Stranden nedenfor huset var nydelig, og vi hadde stranden for oss selv. Oppholdet var rett og slett fantastisk.
