Stayed for 3 days and we absolutely loved it. Private yet always had the staffs attention. Great food and the villa is as advertised. Nice quiet beach, great pool and friendly staff.

Die Kommunikation mit Marion vorab,war schon super:hilfreich, zeitnahe Antworten und unkompliziert (wir mussten kurzfristig die Buchung verändern)! Dort angekommen wurden wir vom Gastgeber empfangen und alle Fragen o.ä. wurden beantwortet. Die Küchendame und auch unser 24 Std.Gastbetreuer waren da. Beide ganz goldig und symphatisch! Wir haben die ganze Zeit einen tollen,motivierten aber dezenten Service erfahren dürfen. Wünsche wie Einkäufe, Essen kochen, Tuktuk organisieren, Haus, Pool oder Zimmer in Ordnung halten-es blieb kein Wunsch offen! Als ich krank wurde, haben sich alle sehr bemüht und ich wurde zum nahe gelegenen Arzt gefahren. Medikamente gab es auch direkt vor Ort,super! Wir fanden den Ausblick auf Pool und Garten, schon aus dem Haus heraus paradisisch, aber direkt am Strand war es noch gigantischer! Sehr sauberer, leerer Strand+tollem türkis Wasser! Mega Erholung fürs Auge! Betten super gross+bequem,das Haus im tollen Style!! Danke für ALLES!!

The villa was perfect. Two spacious comfortable bedrooms, beautiful pool and the beach in front was super clean and almost private, no vendors etc just miles of soft sand and blue waves. The staff was helpful and made good food and the breakfast was always delicious. We were met at check in by Sudaath the Manager, who gave us the instructions and would pop by every day to say hello and see if we needed anything. This is an ideal place if you want to go off the tourist track and want total relaxation, which is what we wanted and it was beyond perfect for us four. We also did a trip to Galle which is about 50 minutes away. All in all it was an excellent stay in every way. Would love to stay here again the next time we head to Sri Lanka. A big thank you to everyone associated with the Villa.

We had a fabulous Christmas at this villa. Communication with both Marion (via AirBnB but overseas) and her local business partner Surath (via phone and came to say hi in person) was good. The two people looking after the house, Sahan and Isha, were great, providing services such as cooking, cleaning and groceries were super friendly and got on very well with us and our young son. They catered to every need! The house itself is beautiful, with an amazing set up with a private pool and garden that goes straight onto the beach. Really had an amazing time and because we live in Colombo we do plan to come back sometime soon!

This is the perfect place if you want to come down at the beginning or end of your trip or just in between, enjoy a secluded beach where you can jog great in the morning or evening or jump waves. Swimming was great in the wonderful pool. Our kids enjoyed it all day long. In general, this villa invites you to just linger, read a book and be spoiled by the delicious dishes of the kitchen team. At fair prices, you can be pampered here all around culinary. The food is then purchased accordingly in the surrounding area. If you feel like enjoying a drink, wine or beer on the great terrace in the evening, it is best to buy this yourself in advance and bring it with you (there is a large personal refrigerator with freezer for ice). At the villa you can get fruit juices water, tea and coffee. The small town of Ambalangoda provides you with everything you need and there is also a well-stocked Keells supermarket there. When we were there it was really incredibly empty on the beach. To the left and right it stretches for miles and it is really nice and clean and lined with mangroves and palm trees.
