Prime location, apartment, and hosts. The apartment is both quaint and modern with all needed equipment. We brought our toddler who slept adjacent to us in a convinent slide out bed with walls. We enjoyed the snacks provided as well. You really can't beat the location if you are vacationing to Florence. A modest walk from tram/train station, but once there you are in the center of everything. 4 stories to climb made me not feel too guilty for all the food I ate. :)

I give this stay 10 stars. Our host was very kind, welcoming, and responsive …the best I’ve found in any AirBNB. We were greeted warmly with lots of advice and helpful info (and a treat!). The apartment felt like home during our nearly two week stay. The stairs are definitely tough but as other reviews have said, the view is breathtaking and COMPLETELY worth it. It truly made this feel like the trip of a lifetime. Laundry and kitchen were great to have for our longer stay. Bathrooms were fabulous, beds comfy. We felt very safe as two women traveling. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough!

My family had a wonderful stay at Leonardo’s place. It is well located with a great view of Duomo. It is a pretty quick walk to any of the sites or areas you’d want to visit. He and Stefano were responsive to any questions and included recommendations for gelato and dinner and the like. The apartment was a nice change from the hotels we stayed in during our Italy trip. We have an almost teenager, so having her own room and bathroom was very appreciated! But we also appreciated the family room and the ability to watch movies on our Netflix account in the evenings. The washer and dryer were great. Leonardo included instructions for everything, including the appliances. We had some noise at night the first night, but it was also Easter weekend and very crowded. It was no problem the other nights. Yes, there are stairs, but we considered them training for climbing the Dome! It’s a wonderful place in a wonderful location with fantastic hosts. You won’t be disappointed!

A lovely apartment for a fair price. Very clean and perfectly located. We were disappointed to be charged a late fee upon arrival due to the fact that our flight was cancelled. Would have been so much easier if there were a lockbox or keypad as in many other Airbnb apartments. Beds were fairly comfortable but mattresses and pillows were older. Shower had very little water pressure. Overall very well appointed though.
