Disappointed with this house. This house requires serious maintenance checks. On arrival we had no power to the garage or to power points through half the house, no hot water, no dial on the oven to direct heat and a missing ignition button on the BBQ. We had to fix a bed before it could be used and move light bulbs around to provide illumination to critical areas of the house. The dusty surfaces, we could have over looked. The effort to rectify lack of hot water and power was minimal and seemingly not prioritised as critical as initially we were informed we’d have to wait till the following day for an electrician. When pushed, the agent found an electrician the same day, who identified and isolated the problem. Not sure it’s been fixed. House sleeps 9 but only 6 seats at tables. As requested, photos of faults were provided by email but we’ve had no response. All issues could have been avoided if regular inspections and maintenance were conducted. The house could be so much better.
