The boat was cozy and located very close to City Center. The walk out to the point was great too. Alex made us breakfast which was a nice surprise.. Ask him to talk about his theory on the Loch Ness monster.. He could be onto something!

My 24 yrs old daughter and I stayed here one night on our tour of Scotland. It was a fun and unique experience to stay on a boat. The location was great - easy parking, walking distance to downtown, near grocery store and gas stations. Alex provided a lovely breakfast in the morning and we enjoyed visiting with him and other guests.

We loved it!! Something different than a normal Airbnb. The breakfast was great and location not far from rail station plus the views. We can’t wait to visit again!

This was the perfect base for doing the Loch Ness marathon. Alex was a great host - I appreciated the flexibility of having a shower afterwards, not to mention the lift to the start and a post-race omelette. It’s a special place.
