Gianina was extremely helpful and responsive. She provided us with extra items (hangers) that we requested. She even came once to help us with the TVs--we were confused as to how they work. The apartment was well located. It was closed to restaurants, shopping malls, bodegas, etc. The place was big and had all the amenities needed. However, the apartment needs a lot of maintenance; a whole makeover. The doors and windows didn't close/open easily, drawers were broken or falling off, appliances didn't work (e.g., toaster, fans). Kitchen lights stopped working. Because we couldn't close the windows well, the outside noise became annoying. Also, moths, flies, and cockroaches got in the apartment. Besides that, we didn't receive the apartment clean. The showers and kitchen sinks were filled with mold and there were dust under and behind furniture. This apartment isn't safe for babies because of the insects, dirt, and windows (I was afraid the windows were going to fall off).
