A country house with eight apartments and a 14 x 5 m pool near the Adriatic coast with beautiful beaches for a relaxing holiday with a touch of luxury, situated on a vast estate with paths, woods and a river. Unique landscape with mountains in the distance and directly surrounding you with beautiful hills with the owners vineyards and olive groves. A beautiful panoramic pool with comfortable chairs, tables and sunbeds. Incredible beautiful views that make you feel completely relaxed. Apartment Menta (sleeps 4/5) is a ground floor apartment with a large covered loggia on two sides with a ample private garden. Generous kitchen and living room with large fireplace. Two bedrooms, one double one twin, and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. A single bed can be added at an extra cost.

Luoghi spettacolari, alloggio Menta veramente bello, comodo, fresco . I due patii unici, con un panorama stupendo. Host carini e simpatici. Presenti e reattivi alla prima chiamata. Purtroppo mi sarei aspettata magari alcuni accessori in più per la pulizia. La strada per arrivare è piuttosto impegnativa , polverosa e assolutamente non adatta a chi volesse dedicare la sua vacanza al ciclismo da strada. Ma ogni piccolo difetto è ampiamente ripagato dalla pace e dalla serenità del luogo. La piscina è il diamante della location. Andarsene non è stato facile.

A fifteen minute drive away are the popular Adriatic resorts of San Benedetto del Tronto, with its long seafront and wide promenades lined with hundreds of palm trees, and the smaller resort of Grottammare.
Here you can enjoy the mile upon mile of wide sandy beaches and tranquil seas, or relax at one of the many beachside chalets, where wonderful seafood dishes can be washed down with a cool glass of the local Falerio or Pecorino chilled white wines.
HOW TO GET TO THE RESORT BY ROAD:
Whether you come from the North, South or from Rome, you will be on the A14 and you leave the A14 at the GROTTAMARE exit.
After 600 meters you get to a roundabout and take the second exit onto via del pace. (you may not see the road name!)
After 650 meters, at the traffic lights and you turn left, following the signs to Offida, Montalto Marche, Ripatransone.
Follow this road for 8.1km until you see the signs for San Savino, Acquaviva, where you turn left.
Stay on this road, strada provinciale val testino, (you may not see the road name!) for 4.5km.
When you reach San Savino, turn right at the cross roads, and drive slowly for 200 meters. Turn left onto a country (unsurfaced) road, with a sign “contrada san savino” ,”strada del camoso”.
Drive slowly on this country road for 2 km, making sure that at any junction or fork you take the left hand route.
