It’s the beach everyone raves about and billed as a great place for surfing, snorkelling, sailing and generally splashing around. so what’s the attraction? Three miles of really golden sand, plus the great surf and the sand dunes for walking.

You can walk to the beach in a few minutes or walk into town where you will find numerous shops pubs and restaurants. There is access at the end of our road onto the South West Coastal path where you can walk west or east and return by bus that will bring you back to the end of the road with planning. There are many interesting trips to take from Perranporth, tourist attractions can be found nearby, including Holywell Bay Fun Park, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, National Trust houses and gardens, Creally Adventure Park, Dairyland Theme Park and Newquay Zoo. Sea fishing and boat trips can be arranged from Newquay, and a short drive up the coastal road will bring you to Watergate Bay, the home of Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, Fifteen (booking essential). Beaches, surfing, cycling, walking, dramatic cliffs, horse riding, woodland walks and a local cider farm are all available close by.
