Stayed in Eastham for a family wedding and this place was absolutely perfect! It was less than a mile from the brides home, and the beach! We had more than enough space for 8 of us and a baby. Great basement with pool table, air hockey, etc. Beautiful deck and huge garage. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing on the cape.

We were a family of 8 adults. The space was great. The outside deck and shower were great. The basement had foosball, air hockey and ping pong. There were 6 boogie boards, 6 umbrellas, a dozen beach chairs and various beach games. The neighborhood was quit and picturesque. Would definitely stay again.

A casa é incrível. A sala de jogos é o ponto alto. Há também uma churrasqueira incrível. Sobre a localização, é a melhor para quem quer conhecer todo Cape Cod. Se você e sua família vão passar 3 ou 4 dias, vão conseguir ir até Martha's e também P-town. Nossa família foi muito feliz. Muito obrigado.

I loved the house but the management company is awful. After paying a very high cleaning fee I was told that I needed to pay a $25 non-refundable plus taxes fee for them to ask the cleaners if they found a kindle I left on the bed. I am an air bnb host myself. This is ridiculous. Reporting a forgotten item is simple courtesy. Paying a fee for them to ask the cleaners is rude and makes no sense.

Would stay again! Great location in Eastham, close to Nauset Light & Coast Guard Beach. Great back porch and large outdoor shower.
