豪华3卧室联排别墅，位于米尔杜拉中央商务区，靠近艺术中心，距离Langtree购物中心和餐厅仅几步之遥。这栋房子建造优质，仅4年历史，配有步入式长袍和套房，可通往主卧室。共有3间卧室（两间配备标准双人床，一间配备两张单人床），每间均配有吊扇。厨房很漂亮，配有优质的电器。厨房外有两个起居区和一个开放式餐厅。反向循环供暖和空调。后车道外的大型双车库。浴室超大，浴室潮湿。两个起居区，都是全新的家具-前起居区有皮沙发。非常舒适的3座椅。床都是Bev Marks的全新床。户外区域和户外桌子环境很好。步行即可抵达艺术中心、Langtree购物中心和餐厅街。

We highly recommend this listing. It was so comfortable with everything that we needed for a business trip but with extra touches that made the stay relaxing as well. It is close to restaurants, shops etc and to other local attractions. We did not lack anything during our stay. In fact all the amenities were over and above what we expected so we felt well cared for. We will definitely choose to stay here again. Tim was a wonderful host.

Neat tidy unit - great lockup garage and storage. Two lounge spaces for teens and parents. Tim was always responsive and easy to deal with Would recommend
