We really enjoyed the villa. Lovely rustic style property with a lot of space and sitting areas outside. We particularly enjoyed the large sheltered dining table. What let it down was the agency Catalunya Casas. Whilst they were easy to contact during the booking they charged extra for bed linen and bath towels (the even seemed to consider our 1 year old baby needed to be charged even though she slept in her own cot and had her own towels!) and even air conditioning!!! We thought this was outrageous and even the villa owner was unaware of this. We were also ordered to clear out all of the bins and clean upon check out yet were advised that if we left after 10am a €20 per hour fee would be charged. Trying to get everything done with a 1 year old baby was hard work and very unenjoyable. This was unwanted stress added to the holiday. We are well accustomed to leaving properties in good shape all over the world but to be ordered to empty the bins was a bit much. Also the toaster didn’t work and we were left with not even a pinch of salt, pepper or oil in the cupboards. Don’t think you can blame that one on Covid. Book the villa but with another agency is my advice. Never again. Very disappointed and glad to be home.
