Comfortable, clean and convenient. I have stayed at Andy and Elissa’s apartment numerous times, and it is always a great experience. I feel right at home, and I have everything I need for an enjoyable stay. Andy and Elissa are great hosts - easy to reach and always there if you need anything. Staying in their apartment is always a pleasant experience.

We were very pleased with the one-bedroom apartment in Marshville. Everything was exactly as pictured. No surprises. The house is older and has charm. The location is central and easy to find. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again.

We stayed for a long 40 day period due to a work related visit , it’s a nice cozy place to stay in a good , safe , private location just About 45 minutes from uptown Charlotte . Andy and Elissa are extremely responsive and the house matched all the description mentioned in the post . The WiFi is great for work and for bing watching tv shows in a nice wall mounted smart tv . Overall very satisfactory experience.

We were in the area to attend a wedding, and this homey stay beat grabbing a hotel by a mile. We felt immediately at home. The bed is quite firm, but not uncomfortable. I know a lot of folks prefer a firm bed. Also, they encourage you to set the AC to your preference, which some places don't, so that was a huge plus for us.
