Great place close to the ski/snowboarding resort! Easy in and out access from the main street.

First negative review i have written on Abnb. The price seemed to good to be true and unfortunately, it was. Upon entering the house, we noticed a very strong smell of air fresheners located throughout the rental and all the bathroom fans were turned on; In hindsight they were clearly trying to mask a smell. After we got our belongings moved in and sat in the living room. The smell of the air fresheners was overwhelming, so we unplugged them. At that point, a very pungent smell of pet urine became apparent. We contacted the host whom was defensive and disregarding on the issue. He called the smell “wear and tear”. There were also crumbs and hair on the nightstands. Our remaining stay was refunded and we were charged a cleaning fee for the 20 min we were at the house. So we basically paid to clean this guy's dirty house. The clothes we were wearing needed to be washed to get rid of the smell. Luckily we found another ABnB down the road that accepted pets. No smell in that one!

Jon’s Cabin made us feel like home away from home. It is beautiful, spacious, and very cozy. If I have the opportunity, I’ll definitely will book again.

Mr. Jon’s cabin was a beautiful cabin just as described on the description. It was close to downtown Breckenridge the bus was only 3 minutes away from the cabin. The bus and Uber were our best ways to get around town. Mr Jon was very nice to my family and I and he was also very responsive. Any questions we had he would answer right away. Overall my experience at Breckenridge was phenomenal due to the location we stayed at and the scenery that surrounded us. I would recommend Mr. John’s cabin to anyone. 10/10 experience.

Perfect stay for a ski trip to Breckenridge! Clean, spacious, and loved the hot tub! Would stay again
