I would only recommend this for a short stay (under a week), if you're on a budget, don't plan to cook and have a car available. The place does look like the photos and more or less as described, but some listed amenities are not really available. There is no Wifi, just the weak signal from the neighbouring house. The kitchen had only one hot plate and a small pot, so cooking is not really possible. The kitchen/cooking setup is quite minimal (though fridge, microwave and kettle are available). We had water problems as well throughout our stay. The host was responsive and did her best to resolve problems, e.g. buying a (small) frying pan, and organizing a plumber quickly to address issues. The location is good as it is near to the city and shops are easily accessible with a car, but not by walking. It is adequate for a short stay, but my husband and I booked it for a month and it was not well prepared for that length of time. We ended up booking somewhere else and moving.

Jennifer's place was as described and in a great location just outside of Port-of-Spain. Jennifer and Godwin were always quick to respond to any issues I ran into and I always felt at ease and safe in her place. I would definitely return.

Location wasn't bad but place not clean , low water pressure , needs upgraded, no view to ocean very misleading my friends were very disappointed.
