Our ground-floor studio apartments are air-conditioned with private bathrooms and are accessed via their own private entrances. Three windows in each unit admit natural light and allow for cross-breeze through the space, if you prefer. When rented via this listing, the adjoining door is unlocked and you will have access to both units. If you wish, you can request keys for the adjoining door.

Mostly quiet neighbourhood. Dead end street. Neighbours are all long-term residents. We notify our neighbours when guests book with us. Several households have dogs. They provide additional security to the area. See disclosures under Info for Guests - Safety.
Route (shared) taxis ply the main road (Morne Coco Road) regularly. Private (pirate) taxis are widely used but it is not advised. Buyer beware.
Bus service also runs from a bus stop nearby to and from Port of Spain. The schedule is variable and inconsistent.
Uber-styled taxi services are available. DropTT and TTrideshare.
Shopping mall, groceries, banks, atm's are all within walking distance (less than 15 mins).
