We stayed for two nights over Easter weekend , the sound of the big cats roaring was great. The Nuthouse was quirky and unique. Eleanor was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable and so easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome with extra touches including cake, pastries and chocolate eggs. Thank you Eleanor for our memorable stay. Would recommend staying at the nut house
We spent 4 nice nights in the Nutshouse for Christmas in familly. Eleanor was a great host, very reactive to all questions. She was very flexible to arrange for arrival and departure times, being very friendly and attentive to make our stay as good as possible. The house is as described. Although it is tiny, all the basic is there. Our 2 grown up children were able to accommodate with the single beds at the mezzanine. And it was so unusual to celebrate Christmas with lions of big cat sanctuary roaring at sun set or in the morning. A big thank you to Eleanor for her welcome !

Beautoful spot, cosy and quiet, very relaxing! But prepare ypurselves to feel like you are on safari with big cat roars in the background!
Its absolutely fantastic place. Eleanor is most helpful who can predict your any wish. Even shes allowed us to stay bit longer for free. Highly recommend.
