I rate Ron and Shelly's beautiful Airbnb 5+ stars! My wife and I loved the location (which is in a private, gated community) as well as the size and layout of the guest suite. It was squeaky clean with just about all the amenities we needed for our 7 night stay. Ron and Shelly were very accommodating. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a basket of tasty snacks, and a fridge stocked with refreshing beverages, along with a Keurig machine and a variety of coffee pods. We loved the custom wood furniture and décor (all designed and made by Ron). My wife and I could sense that Ron and Shelly strive to make their guests feel at home and would go out of their way to do so. We appreciated them a LOT. I also had the honor of meeting Ron and getting a tour of his woodworking shop. It is amazing! If Ron & Shelly's Airbnb is available again next year, we won't think twice to stay there again.

Ron & Shelly have a beautiful home! It was better than we could have imagined, and very close to the stadiums and other attractions. We met them and they were incredibly kind - they gave us recommendations for things to do during our downtime. Overall we had a fantastic time and would stay here again if we’re ever in the Phoenix area!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Wasn’t sure what it would be like to have the hosts present in their attached home, but Ron and Shelly were wonderful- stocked us with snacks and drinks, re-stocked the water, gave us access to laundry, band-aids when my son needed it, local recommendations, etc.! It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. They had a top of the line pack and play (4moms) that our 2 year old slept in and comfortable queen sized pullout couch for our 3 year old. They were friendly and great to chat with. We hope to stay here again if we visit Goodyear for spring training in the future! Great location and so much more reasonably priced (and more comfortable) than a hotel!

We loved this place! It was very clean and very comfortable. Ron & Shelly are great hosts and made sure to have our favorite snacks and beverages on hand. The space is a guest suite connected to their main house, but it is very private so there were no worries. It has a nice private patio which is a great perk. We travel to the Phoenix area a couple of times a year so we will definitely be back!
