The loft was cosy and Erica’s communication was top-notch! She reached out proactively, was very responsive to questions and was welcoming. We enjoyed the chance to meet her, Jameel & dog Glory. The loft is about 1/4 mile from the Mt Bradley trailhead and it was a great hike! Douglas is out of the hustle and tourist melee of downtown but only 7 minutes by car to get there - perfect! (You will definitely need a rental car.) I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to return for another stay!

A great location in Douglas that allows you to easily walk to the water and restaurants. Erica was extremely responsive and helpful. Would certainly stay again.

I worked and skied out of Erica’s place for a week with a friend. I had a terrific time in the surrounding mountains. The loft was beautiful and well lit, and well insulated from sound. Wifi was fast as well! Juneau is a short 2 mile jog away so I enjoyed that every morning, and eaglecrest is only 15 minutes up the road. There are a few walkable pubs in Douglas as well that are open late and pretty tasty!

Great stay for an extremely reasonable price. The kitchen was very nice with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. It’s got a cozy cabin feel and a 10 minute drive into town. Or 20 minutes to the ski resort. Erica was on top of communication and made sure we were comfortable. She seemed willing and helpful if we had any requests. Would 10/10 recommend and would stay again the next time I’m in Juneau.
