Great location and surrounded by beautiful mountains and views. The area has lots to do close by. The actual interior was filthy. This property is run by a management company. They had no pride in this property! Smelled of wet dog. GROSS! Dust on every light fixture, the floors were not cleaned, the closets were dirty, there was an open pop in the refrigerator. There was a dust collection on the recessed light fixture above the microwave. This is from the grease collected from the exhaust fan. It was nasty. We had to hunt for a washcloth. They said they had high quality towels. They left out, that they were stained and not fresh. The outside needed to be picked up, as well. We found 3 nails (not an ideal place for a flat) in the driveway, cans, beer caps and water bottle, in the yard. They make available a number to call for problems. Such as if something is dirty or broken. No point calling due to the fact that this place needed to be deep cleaned through. We would not recommend.

The cabin was cozy, exactly the same as shown in the pictures, well-stocked and well managed with continuous communication for the expected bad weather conditions. It even had a generator for a big snow event! The location was fantastic!

Great place, super private for a weekend away. Only issue was the coffee maker was a little dirty but we just used the stovetop one. Had everything you needed for a relaxing trip to the mountains, definitely recommend hiking the Shenandoah nearby.
