Overall, I had a nice time with my family. The home is well located and in a mid-century modern neighborhood, which was a nice Palm Springs touch. I did have a few issues with my stay that weren't super major but I do think should be addressed. The pool & jacuzzi were dirty when we first arrived. There was a bunch of debris from the wind and the jacuzzi looked green. Luckily, the pool was scheduled to be cleaned the following day. The ice machine in the freezer didn't work our entire stay. The wifi, as many mentioned isn't the strongest, especially in the bedrooms. Only one of the umbrellas for the pool was functional, all the others were either missing or broken. There was no fire pit even though it is advertised. The spa jets did not work. I later found out there is an additional fee to use (not heat) the jacuzzi even though it is connected to the pool. This was my first time staying at a home that is managed by a rental company and there is definitely a difference in communication.

Incredibly noisy, next to a very busy road! The house has cement floors and hollow core doors, noise carriers and it is really loud. Also you should know that the hot tub and pool are an extra fee daily to heat. No hot water at kitchen sink.

Beautiful home and well-stocked with many extra amenities. A quick drive to downtown. Perfect for a bachelorette party of 6.
