We had an AMAZING time at Silversters’ place. When we got to the house we were immediately blown away by how beautiful it was, and the pool and Jacuzzi settings were an absolute dream. Silvester was a great host- very responsive, and he was even able to get us a pack & play on a very short notice. All in all I highly recommend this house, and we would be more than happy to come visit again.

The whole family had a great time in Palm Springs. Host was super responsive at all times with a couple of questions we had (no fault of his, just did not see the button on the firepit). The photos accurately reflect the house with great decor and a good amount of kitchen amenities for the one time we did a BBQ. Will happily rent the place again if we ever come back to PS.

This place is beautiful! Super private and enough space for a large group. Downside is a lot of the furniture is either broken or about to break because it’s either old or just not well made. Many of the things promised in the amenities were not working when we arrived. Examples: ping pong table was split in half, the couch leg was broken, and the arcade game didn’t work. We enjoyed our time, but there are definitely improvements to be made!

This home was wonderful, we loved the pool and hot tub…the entire back yard was a dream. One issue that was pretty concerning is the address listed is incorrect. Thankfully the homeowner whose yard we walked into was very kind and said this happens to him often. He directed us to the correct address/home a few blocks away. He said this has been a frustration of his for quite some time, so the correct address should be changed in the listing. The ping pong table was broken, and fire pit did not work after we attempted with two different propane tanks. The listing also says there are six bedrooms and shows photos of six but there are only five bedrooms. The sixth “bedroom” was a common room with a small couch…not a queen size bed as the listing shows. The views, open concept, cleanliness, and location in relation to many great attractions was SO nice. Silvester was helpful when we had concerns and responded very quickly each time.
