Caroline was incredibly helpful in making our stay great and gave us a very warm welcome. She gave us information about where to eat - Burnt Toast cafe was particularly good for breakfast on Sunday morning! She also gave us details about live music which we were so grateful for as the live band we saw on Saturday night was really brilliant and made our weekend. The room itself was very spacious with a lovely sea view and was spotlessly clean, as was the very spacious bathroom which we had to ourselves. Caroline was happy for us to use the fridge downstairs and to eat at the kitchen table which was very convenient as we didn''t want to eat out at every meal. Thans Caroline for a brilliant stay in Swanage - we would not hesitate to recommend staying here and will book again if we visit Swanage another time.

What a great placeto stay! Highly recommend! The place was spotless, with lovely decor and super view from the room. Caroline was friendly and helpful, and lots of little touches such as fresh milk were much appreciated. Hope to return one day!

Caroline’s place is in a beautiful house in Swanage with a great sea view. Everything you could want is a 1-2 minute walk away and the room itself was massive! I was a solo traveler and felt extremely safe, comfortable and welcomed. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed for 5 nights.. Caroline is the perfect host. She is so informative about the area, and her dining recommendations were all spot on. Location is good; 5 mins walk down into town, and 10 mins back up the hill! It's worth getting there early to find a parking spot before the teatime rush. a wonderful Airb&b spec.. Mark.
