Villa Potami truly is a home away from home. Spiros picked us up at the harbour and showed us the way to the house. We (2 adults) recommend having a car, because the location is remote and very save and it‘s just easier to get around. If you did not want to explore the island, you could easily stay there and enjoy just the house with the pool and the surroundings. The terrasse has a great view of the sea and forrest and beautiful sunsets. There‘s almost no other lights in the area and you can see a lot of stars. The pool is super clean and refreshing and the sunbeds are so comfortable. Inside is everything you need and more, enough storage, a comfortable bed and a big enough and clean bathroom. The washing machine comes in handy for beach towels. We loved the exchanges with Spiros, recommendations for beaches and restaurants and the fact, we got fresh towels and sheets every few days. We can highly recommend Villa Potami

The house is a gem - totally gorgeous. Off the beaten track, quiet in nature, lovely trees for shade and gorgeous pool to keep cool. With a car, very close to many lovely beaches and places to eat. We hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Potami house. Manolis was very helpful in the run up to our stay and Spiros was very helpful and lovely during our stay. The location is isolated, beautiful and peaceful - overlooking orchards and the sea at a distance. The terraces are heavenly to sit on and the pool a great temperature and size to swim in. The house is pretty inside and out - and nice and cool with the air conditioning when you need it.

Potami House is a beautiful villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spiros, the owner, was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. We felt immediately at home given the character and warmth of his house. We would definitely return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and this is a beautiful place filled with love. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to make meals, manage clothing, and feel at home. We especially enjoyed evening swims in the excellent pool and dinners on the patio watching the sunset. You must have a car to get to Potami House and to get around the island. Host Spiros is a magnificent gardner and brought us treats from his fruit trees. He helped with some special requests and shared the history of the property and the chapel. The home is in the forest so there is some wildlife scurrying around at times. Adventurous travelers will not fine a more spectacular locale.
