Loved our stay at Tranquility. Quiet and comfortable. Allan was very responsive and flexible when a slight change in date was requested due to airline flight cancellation. All facilities were as listed and no difficulties experienced.

Great place to stay for our honeymoon, close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. Location perfect for day trip activities. We did an online shop before we got there so we had the basics for our 10day stay.

A well located apartment suitable for two couples or large family. The kitchen is well resourced for self catering although a wealth of restaurants nearby. Luckily we prebooked a couple of restaurants as many were booked out due to school holidays. Two balconies give you plenty of space to chill as well as two bathrooms for that extra bit of privacy. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and the best option for swimming. It is recommended to buy food and drink supplies at Clifton Beach before arriving from Cairns as limited shopping at Palm Cove. Wifi is good. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Apartment Location: Excellent! Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars, shops and the waterfront. Apartment: Very spacious for a holiday apartment which can sometimes be hit and miss. The layout sees all the bedrooms well spaced allowing privacy when needed for those who enjoy a sleep in or an early night. Cleanliness: sparkling clean when we arrived. Amenities: This apartment had everything our family of 6 needed for a great holiday. Free wifi, Netflix, great for some down time when needed. Host: Allan was friendly and more than helpful with questions and local info etc. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, extra towels etc, to enjoy our stay. One negative about the apartment was the air conditioner in the living area also served as the air conditioner for the second bedroom which only had a ceiling fan. Allan suggested the door to that bedroom be left open to remain cool. For two reasons this didn’t work for us, firstly the cool air didn’t really reach the room and secondly the adults sleeping in the room were left with a choice, a slightly cooler (barely) room or zero privacy. Hot Tip: We ordered a grocery delivery for the day we arrived from Coles prior to travelling. This made our time in Palm Cove much easier without having to spend a fortune at the corner store for nibbles and staples. There is a local company that offers a similar service but it was a very expensive way to feed everyone, even if only for breakfast and snacks as we mostly ate lunch & dinner out.
