Ivan was a fantastic host. I had regular proactive communication and he was very helpful. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and the flat was very homely. We were staying for the London Marathon and the area is well served for both the tube and DLR allowing you to quickly travel around London. There is a local Tesco for any basic needs but you need to travel a little further for anything else. This isn’t a problem due to it being well served for public transport. All in all it was perfect for our needs.

El alojamiento está en una buena zona, para las distancias de Londres. Es un sitio seguro y es zona 2. El anfitrión es muy comunicativo y al ser de Ecuador es más fácil para los hispanohablantes por si hay alguna dificultad.

Ideal location for AbbaVoyage and West Ham. DLR nearby for trips tp Canary Wharf and Cutty Sark. Ivan and his mum met us at the apartment and were very welcoming. The apartment is compact and has all the facilityyou’d need for a visit to the Capital. The area was surprisingly peaceful but several nice pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Will return and thoroughly recommend

Ivan was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful prior to arrival, met us at the flat and gave us a tour of the accommodation and all the relevant controls for heating etc. Gave great travel advice. I would highly recommend him and his apartment. Thanks for having us.
