Derek and Ana’s place was fantastic! It’s a lovely modern property that is well appointed and within walking distance to downtown. The best part about this property however were the hosts. They were extremely accommodating, and helpful after we had to leave another property on short notice. We are grateful to have found the stay and would highly recommend Derek and Ana as hosts!!
Amazing design and interior. Great place to unwind and relax plus walking distance to main attractions downtown. Host was super accessible and responsive. Would highly recommend and would book again.

My now husband and I stayed in Derek and Ana’s condo during our wedding week in July. The check in was seamless and communication was easy with Derek and Ana. The condo was spotless and as a bonus during a hot week in Newfoundland the air conditioning was amazing. This condo has a great harbour view from the balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, two comfortable beds, two beautiful bathrooms and a comfortable living room to lounge in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!
