We stayed here with 10 adults in August 2023. The house is beautiful. Setup has a good flow. The master bedroom has a big walk in closet which has a small pullout couch for added people. We did need to buy some basics that we weren’t expecting like extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags so come prepared just in case. Everything else they had for cooking in a big pantry. The main downside was the house was always warm especially for us over 50 women. I have been on a lake many times and wasn’t concerned about no AC cause it is typically cool at night to cool off the house. Those big beautiful windows the sun pours in. It rained a lot so we couldn't keep the windows open all of the time. They do have fans but without the cool air from outside it just got very stuffy. Again this was August so it is to be expected. Bring bug spray the bugs are ferocious especially with all of the rain. The house is closer to the Canadian border then anything in Maine so bring your passport.

Twelve of us from 3 yrs old to 75 enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful home on a beautiful Maine lake. Heather was very nice and responsive whenever we had a question.

Great communication with the owner. She always answered promptly when I’d message her. The house was clean and was true to every picture that’s provided on here. Good wifi but was effected by the wind. This has nothing to do with the owner. The cell reception is great I have AT&T. Granted while driving there one will loose service but at the house itself it’s reliable.
