Discover one of the most beautiful Croatian destinations, sorround yourself with peace and the scent of underbrush that will entice all your senses, centuries old towns, vineyards, olive groves and fertile fields, spend the evening with traditional dishes of autentic Istrian cuisine. After turnoff the main road, you will fall in love with a small village Fabci at the very first sight. Driving next to vineyards and cultivated red Istrian land, you will arrive to our Villa Stella. Situated far from the city crowd, but only fifteen minutes by car away from Poreč, in a quiet oasis with beautiful colours, Villa provides relaxation to please all your senses, as you surely desire. Stay is pleasant throughout the year. In the summer enjoy on the sun beds by the swimming pool or under the gazebo. All the colours of autumn explore on our bicycles that we have prepared for you, while in the winter relax in the cosy atmosphere in front of the fireplace or warm up in the sauna. Play billiards, table football or enjoy with the youngest with Nintendo Wii game console. To make your stay in the house as pleasant as possible, we have high quality and nicely arranged interior, taking care to meet all your expectations. We prepared for you a garden full of herbs, so we believe that it will be used when you want to enjoy a barbecue. The courtyard is fully surrounded, and is adorned with meticulously arranged garden with carefully chosen plants therefore your pets are welcomed and fully protected. Invite your friends too, because spacious rooms offer comfortable accommodation for 10+2 persons and we shall do our best to meet all your needs to make your vacation unforgettable.

Nachdem wir mit einer anderen Unterkunft extremes Pech hatten haben Ana und ihr Mann es geschafft uns in kürzester Zeit ein perfektes Haus zu übergeben obwohl sie ursprünglich erst ab dem nächsten Tag vermieten wollten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit wunderschönen Bädern. Pool und Whirlpool waren top gepflegt und einfach herrlich. Die Tipps zu Restaurants und Weinverkostung in der Umgebung waren ausgezeichnet und auch den wunderschönen Grill haben wir genutzt! Der Kräutergarten war phantastisch. Es war eine herrliche Urlaubswoche und wir haben uns jeden einzelnen Tag über das schöne Anwesen gefreut! Auch unser Hund war nicht nur geduldet sondern wirklich willkommen! Die freundliche und liebevolle Betreuung reichte von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied und auch als wir zwischendurch ein Problem hatten das gar nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hatte bekamen wir sofort freundliche Hilfe. Vielen lieben Dank für alles wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s place. She was quick to respond to worries and general enquiries. The jacuzzi was a big plus as the water of the pool was a bit cold at the beginning -Nice to warm up in. Great evening walks, bird viewing, the occasional deer and other animals. Make sure to organize a wine tasting at Zikovic winery - great host, good wine and price. Thanks for a lovely week of vacation!

Beautiful villa in a quiet spot! The house is at least as beautiful as seen on the pictures and perfect for our group of 12. What we enjoyed the most? The pool of course! Also; The quiet location of the house, being able to prepare nice dinners on the grill outside and the available bikes that allowed us to explore the nearby villages (all connected by dirt roads without any traffic). For restaurants, shopping and other attractions we needed to go by car, but everything is easily reachable within 20-30 minutes. The house is fully equipped and nicely furbished with comfortable furniture indoor and outdoor. Ana the host is a real fast responder and very helpful in every way. We got such a nice welcome and got many tips and recommendations during our stay. Highly recommendable!

Fabci is typical small istrian village, with few houses. There is no market, only vineyards, olive fields and some domestic animals. Village is perfect for rest, long walks in nature and also has bicycle trail. The villa doesn't have direct neighbor, so your privacy is guaranteed.
The closest small markets and bakery are in Baderna and Višnjan (5-9 km). Big supermarket are in Poreč (15km).

Villa Stella is located more centrally and is excellent starting place for exploring Istrian peninsula, with no more than 30 minutes drive from all Istrian highlights like old roman town of Pula or medieval towns of Motovun and Grožnjan. Also, Poreč and Rovinj are nearby and shouldn't be missed when you visit Istria.
