Lovely place! Highly recommend. The windows look out on the owners cute backyard but state of the art blinds still made it private. Felt very private even though room is attached to house--which is what airbnb is suppose to be (as opposed to corporations owning many units and creating a housing crisis for locals.) Cute, beachy, comfy, extremely clean. Sweet neighborhood. Close to everything. Just perfect!

We loved Pippa’s cozy, quiet place and the walking distance to restaurants and shops! Will stay again when we’re back in town (and hope to see their cat again!)

We stayed here to visit URI (15-20 min drive). The hosts left cookies, bagels, and beer from the local brewery for us during our stay, as well as let us know that we could check in early the day of, which was nice. We were comfortable during our stay, but saw some ants as the days passed, despite having all of our food sealed and not covered in ants. We saw one ant on the first night, a few more the second, and were very surprised to find the ants in the fridge on our third/last day. On the last night, the hosts held a gathering that had guests talking loudly outside our door of the guesthouse until 12:30AM. We understand that it is their house and had no interest in telling them to stop their party once we heard the guests, but we were surprised that they had not let us know beforehand that guests were coming as we would have appreciated a heads up. Overall, the place was nice for our stay, but be aware that you are in a guesthouse that is both next to and beneath the main house.

we loved our stay at Pippa's place!! Cozy, comfy & clean! days leading up to arrival Pippa was kind enough to give recommendations on local restaurants and things to do! we spent longs out with my nephew as he showed us his university, went to see his baseball team play and he took us to the local restaurants & bars! Pippa's place was the perfect cozy spot to rest at the end of a long day! we look forward to coming back!!! thank you, Pippa for making my very first Air BNB a great experience!

Pippas studio was absolutely perfect. Central and wonderful location for exploring RI and Boston. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Studio is very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Everything you need. 10/10 would recommend. Would love to return.
