We were in town for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The beaches and restaurant recommendations were particularly helpful and the back deck was so peaceful with great bird watching. We were very comfortable and loved that we were a short drive to everything!

Karin was a wonderful and very friendly host. The apartment was so peaceful. The sliding door overlooked the deck which was filled with flowers and birds and was lovely to wake up to. The location is very accessible and there’s plenty of restaurants and things to do a short distance away. Very nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!!

Great hosts. Bird feeder on the deck brings a good variety birds close by for very pleasant viewing.

We were working long days as vendors at Newport Folk Fest and slept soundly as three people in Karin's space. It had everything we needed and was clean and private. Karin was very responsive. Thank you!!
