Great location, minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had everything we needed and more. On arrival it was spotless with not a thing out of place. Car park located outside which was easy to use and find a spot. Helen had great communication and we would 100% recommend anyone to stay here while visiting York! 5 stars

Had a lovely stay, really enjoyed our time in York. The apartment is brilliantly located making it a quick walk in to the city centre and the Minister. The place was quiet and clean. Instructions were very clear when checking in and parking located in car park in front of apartment.

We booked this lovely apartment as at the time (Jan 2024) it was clearly advertised with Parking, and upon reading a review from November 2023 it said an added bonus was the parking , we did a lot of research into places with parking, due to most hotels being £17 a day so we decided to go with this one , with it having its own parking. Since booking the advert has now been changed and states a pay and display car park is on the door step , of which it is , but be prepared, we paid nearly £60 for just a 2 night stay , very disappointed!!! The apartment is very nice , although could do with a blind at the window , it has got one way glass in it , but upon checking this out when the light is on you can see through the windows. Other than this absolutely lovely place to stay.

Second time staying at the sapphire studio and had an amazing time. The room was spotless and had everything we could have needed. Thank you Helen for being such a lovely host. We will definitely be coming again next time we visit York!

A pristine modern apartment located a short walk from the city walls. Helen communicated really well before, during and after our stay. The apartment is nicely finished with some nice touches including a heated floor in the shower room, good quality furnishings and equipment. One or two minor issues but Helen demonstrated a desire to resolve them and improve our experience.
