We loved the place! It was really nice but actually way smaller than expected. The outside needs maintenance, as well as some pictures of the outside on the website would be great, but the deck was super nice and the hot tub a great addition. Overall a little too pricy but the location is amazing !

We had high hopes for this rental given the price and beach. The listing just doesn’t accurately describe what you’re getting. The beachfront is great, it’s a nice beach (fyi not always walkable due to tides, loud train) The rest of the experience was below expectations. The layout is not clear. You’re on top of each other which could be noisy. 3 bedrooms surround/are directly off of the kitchen/living and 1 bedroom occupies the top floor. There is little view from the main floor. Amenities were lacking. No soap or shampoo in showers, TVs didn’t work or batteries were exploded in remotes, basic kitchen amenities were lacking. The house needs maintenance. Exterior is very rusty.There are stains in the entry bench when you walk in, broken sand toys all over the deck (we don’t have kids and that’s the first thing we saw from entry), an outdoor shower being used for storage and closets without hanging space/hangers. Looking at the ocean in the AM/PM was nice but not enough to justify cost.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. The star of of the show is the huge back deck with a gas fire table and hot tub. We will be back.
