Awesome place! Perfect for 2 or 3 .. 4 can get a bit crowded but if ur just going to sleep then it’s perfect for 4 !! **Bring ur own Wi-Fi and if u have one of them cords that I can make it go from what’s on ur phone to the tv ..I recommend bringing it !! because there’s no channels other than like 3,5,9 if that. But that’s an easy fix to a small problem and I don’t blame the host for doing it this way! It makes perfect sense to me and I prob would do it the same way lol so .. just be prepared guests is all. Love the balcony feature but sucks that the lights stay on at all hours! Not dimmable or anything u just need tk shut the shades and deal with it but it’s wasn’t terrianle im just saying the lights are 24/7 and bright

The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and matched the description. It was the perfect place for the two of us for our short stay. Even though it was basically one room, you felt like you had space with the way it was set up. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This location was a great little find, just off the main road, but close enough to get to the beach and enjoy all the beach had to offer. I really enjoyed the balcony and leaving the slider door open during the night to have the Sea breeze come into to room. On site laundry room was also great. With Hurricane Lee expected, I missed out on Hampton Beach Saturday night activity, but I do hope to go back for next Sept, if not before and enjoy the Beach some more. There were hardly any neighbors, very quiet building and for the most part the street, but this is Hampton Beach!! 😊 I would recommend Rita’s little beach side get away for sure. I was to go with a friend, ended up alone, and it was perfect for one, and I felt safe. Thank you Rita for sharing your place with us.

Rita's place was better than we anticipated. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The indoor pool was great! We had such a nice weekend. Tx Rita for your impeccable communication. We would rent again when we come back.
