We were only in the area for 2 nights and spent most of our time with family down the road, but the accomodations were perfect for me and my 3 young kids. The weather wasn't great, so we couldn't really take advantage of the pool, or the beach really. But the beach was very close. I'd love to come back when its warmer! Communication was excellent. I only got to meet Aida briefly, but she seemed very pleasant and correspondence was always cordial. John showed us around the house when we got there. Very nice and personable. In fact, my 4 year old often asked during our trip "when are we going back to the nice man's house??"

John and Aida exceeded our expectations for our stay for our first family trip to the outer banks. They had great amenities and hospitality. Can’t wait to come back for our next trip!

Aida and John were great host!! They were very welcoming and even greeted us when we arrived. We LOVED all the little extra amenities, the coffee was our favorite!!. The pool table and hot tub were perfect for the nights we stayed in. Everything was nice and clean and plenty of extra towels and linens if needed. It's a short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will forsure be back soon 😊

John and Aida were very welcoming and went out of the way to make sure your stay was pleasant. I had dropped a bag with medicine on the way out of the home. John knew where I had gone to church and brought it to me at the close of services. The rooms were well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. This was my third stay and we will be back again.
