Martina’s cottage was a gem. It’s in a higher elevation of the island so it’s cooler. The coqui frogs as well as other local animals will make sound at night but the place is well insulated. The cottage was clean, towels were provided and even some beach supplies! The cottage is privately located on the lower end of the lot allowing for privacy. Parking is available right next to the cottage. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. The one downside is that the cottage does not have a smart lock as advertised. It locks via a combination locker style lock and a chain attached from the door handle to the balcony railing…

To be quite honest, Martina could be charging a heck of a lot more than what she is for this place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple days and absolutely loved it. It’s super close to the airport, but not too loud at all. It’s such a cute little bungalow and is the perfect place for travelers who enjoy being active on vacation. Everything was super clean, the amenities were perfect, and Martina was beyond helpful and proactive with messaging. For those of you who love photography or aesthetics- another perk is that it’s a beautiful place to get some authentic feeling hawaii pictures. We love love LOVED this place and will be back! p.s.- we especially loved the chickens and the cats!!🌺😇🥰 Thank you Martina and James!

Wonderful quiet stay at Martina’s. Loved drinking coffee and listening to the chickens and birds every morning. Only 10 minutes for the airport.
