Ken and Dana are excellent hosts. Very accommodating of anything we needed during our stay. The house was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and their property is beautiful. We cannot wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ken and Dana’s spacious and well equipped airbnb. They were particularly helpful and accommodating. It is such a beautiful and peaceful setting and it was a perfect location to visit family. Blessedly cool in very hot weather. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at Deer Haven! The property was gorgeous and Ken and Dana were amazing hosts! They made us feel welcome and were incredibly thoughtful. The house was fully stocked with the basics including coffee, toiletries, and extra blankets. They had everything we could ever need for our three kids (ages 5, 3, and 6 mos.) including toys, baby seats, and a pack n play. They provided fishing poles to fish in their pond and life vests so our kids could use the kayaks and swim in the pool that was set up on the patio. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals including a night of grilling. They even had a basket of snacks and bottled water in the freezer for us. We had a great time and will absolutely be staying at this property on any future trips to Emporia!
