We greatly enjoyed our stay here. This felt like an original Airbnb - a home being shared rather than a place meant for profit. You can tell this was truly a home, with everything you could ask for in the kitchen, plenty of towels and extra supplies, and full access to almost the entire house. It wasn't perfectly clean, was missing a few things, but overall a wonderful place for the price. Peter was helpful when we checked in, was responsive throughout the stay, and offered some great recommendations. We wish our stay here could have been longer!

We stayed with Peter for a whole month and wished we have stayed longer. Beautiful place, spacious, private, quite, clean, fresh, super comfortable mattresses and lots of things to do in the town. Its not far from Asheville, only about 10-15 minutes. Peter also is a great host, easy to reach and gave us suggestions for a nice hikes. We have nothing but great memories. Its much nicer in real life than description. Thank you Peter!

As others have said, Peter's place has the remarkable feeling of home, and was the perfect spot for our long-term stay. One of us has a mobility challenge, and we found the Airbnb exceptionally comfortable and accommodating with a nice king bed, luxurious dual motorized recliners, and as a bonus two office chairs which supported both of us working remotely. Adding to the feeling of home, the place is very well stocked for everyday living, so household and kitchen items are all in abundant supply and Peter freely encourages you to access it. Peter was a great host, communicating well, and even offered help with shoveling the driveway when a winter storm hit. With a foot of snow, we were able to hunker down easily, which is a testament to how much the Airbnb really feels like a home and has everything you need. Peter's place gets our highest recommendation, we are sure to look him up next time we're in Asheville.

I loved staying here–very cozy space, excellent location just outside AVL, and Peter was an excellent host. Internet and home is perfect for working remotely and everything else was as expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and you shouldn't hesitate to book this place.
