We’ve stayed at Phil & Leanne’s place several times now, it feels like our Hobart home now. Very easy to settle in, small but good kitchen that we have cooked up the beautiful Tassie produce in, sooo close to restaurants and the State cinema, and loads of good areas to walk around and explore locally. Very comfy bed and clean bathroom with an excellent laundry setup.

We loved our staff, everything was perfect, Leanne was very accomodating and a great communicator. The bed was super comfy! Grest place to rest and relax after a day sightseeing. Always handy to have a washing machine also. We would recommend this accomoodation to those traveto Hibart

We can't recommend Leanne and Phil's cottage highly enough if you want to be around all the great restaurants, cafes, bars and breweries on offer in North Hobart. The cottage is around the corner from Elizabeth Street so is close to everything you need but is peaceful and quiet. It is just metres away from Providence Cafe which offered a beautiful breakfast. Inside, the cottage is charmingly old fashioned and so, so clean with lots of lovely finishing touches and all you could want to feel comfortable across your stay. There were even some tasty treats awaiting us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the cottage as a wonderful place to stay.

Very comfortable little cottage with welcome touches like milk, coffee etc. Close to many cafes, restaurants, bars etc. Easy walk to City and Salamanca markets.
