Great stay in Teasdale for couples or small families looking for a cozy upgrade from camping or hotels. Space is well decorated and feels bigger than the pictures. Wood burning stove was a fun touch. I was initially worried we'd be cold, but the electric heaters (built in to the walls, and there are many) were quite adequate in 30s/40s. Murphy bed was useful and comfortable (firm memory foam). Unfortunately the bed in the master bedroom is very soft, and we found it uncomfortable. The shower situation also warrants mention... hot water is very limited; I haven't showered that fast or deliberately since the army. That said, it's better than no shower. Last note, a surprising amount of bugs (spider in bed, beetle in bathroom) for March.

Quaint little house. Close to Capitol Reef and restaurants. We liked how many cozy blankets they had as well as the wall heaters in every room except the bathroom. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen as far as pots, pans and dishes. The shower is very small. It was hard to shave etc. the hot water heater is also small so we had to take fast showers, but it heats up pretty quickly as well. The neighbors several dogs tend to roam off leash around the neighborhood, so we had to be careful with letting our dogs out as there is no fence. Overall it was a good stay.

Perfect spot for a trip to Capitol Reef National Park and other surrounding outdoors destinations, such as Goblin Valley or San Rafael Swell. The Airbnb is as detailed. I didn't realize that the kitchen was as small as it was, but it wasn't an issue since I washed up the dishes after every meal. The hot water heater was very effective and I never ran out of hot water for quick showers. It did get pretty cold inside, but the space heaters within the bedrooms helped a lot. A note for future visitors - Chuckwagon in Torrey is temporarily closed. If you're coming in from the west, make a stop at a grocery store in Loa before heading to the Airbnb so you don't have to back track!

We had a great long weekend stay in Teasdale in late January. REALLY REALLY loved our time there. The place was homey and relaxing; the woodstove provided a nice dry heat for our cold evenings and mornings. The views were gorgeous and expansive. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back to the area in the fall or spring. We brought our dog who loved the area around the house and the easy dirt road walking in close proximity. I will note that Teasdale has a lot of off leash dogs that roam from their houses. We didn't have any issues with the dogs and the neighbors we talked with only had positive things to say about their experiences with dogs in the town, but if you're coming with your own dog it something to know about.
