The Boathouse perfect for a long weekend getaway for our family of four (two kids ages 17 & 13). It’s modern, spotlessly clean, with great amenities and extras. Lyn and Peter were fantastic hosts who greeted us on arrival and went out of their way to help us during our stay. We made the most of the lake with the kayak and SUPs that were available for our use. We will definitely return!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this boathouse! This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and it doesn’t disappoint. Everything is very comfortable and welcoming, the boathouse is beautiful and perfectly maintained. Lyn and her family are friendly and extremely respectful in providing you with the space and privacy to really get the most out of your vacation. Will definitely stay here again.

We just came back from an excellent stay at Lyn’s. The boathouse was beautifully decorated and had more than we could ask for in amenities. We enjoyed the open bright space and beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. We also were able to use the Muskoka chairs on the dock to enjoy the afternoon. When we arrived and met Lyn she was helpful in showing all the features of her accommodation and all the items (dock, kayak, SUP) for guests. She was always around for any questions we had. The boathouse is in an exceptional location in a lovely quiet area but very close to places such as Bala and Port Carling. When visiting the area again we would love to stay again at Lyn’s boathouse and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area on a getaway to Muskoka.
