Beautiful house with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Nice and close to the beautiful beaches and lovely Chichester, but you will need a car. The pool is amazing and Vanessa was the perfect host.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at Cowdry Farm.. It was such a beautiful setting and a wonderful space to read, cook, watch movies and rest with family. The garden and pool area was such a lovely place to relax as well. Vanessa has thought of every detail and made staying in her home feel like our own. She is a fantastic host !

We've just returned from having the most amazing stay. Location wise it's perfect, West Wittering beach is only 5 minutes away, the marina is minutes away and lots of options locally to stock up the fridge. The house and it's surrounding grounds are great. The pool was used daily from 7am to 8pm, lovely and warm. The grounds were great too, plenty of space to play football or cricket and even walk the dog too! Inside the house is lovely, large kitchen with everything you need if not more. Loved the décor throughout the house, so well looked after and cared for. 4 bedrooms upstairs all with plenty of room and storage. The main bedroom and en-suite was huge with wonderful views over the grounds. Beds were super comfy and big. The front/TV room that was tucked away on the ground floor was great to unwind and crash after a long day in the pool. Vanessa the host, is brilliant. Always on hand if we had any questions via text. Thank you so much Vanessa, best stay ever we will be back!
