The apartment is well located if you want to live like a local. Lots of fantastic and local cafes and bars, and a decent supermarket below! The balcony definitely a highlight- great views and large! The host is very responsive and helpful. Apartment does need a good spring clean ( even with the weekly cleaning), we still found most corners dusty etc. The are basic amenities, but we did have to purchase some of our own basics like cleaning products, tea towels, and some cooking utensils. Overall, a pleasant stay!

First off, if you have never been to Rome, Italy or Europe, most all buildings are extremely old and very historic. So, if you are looking for a 4-star hotel with huge rooms and countless amenities then an Airbnb may not be for you! As for Luisa’s property, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again sometime in the future. It was extremely comfortable, clean and had a very nice view and we enjoyed the balcony even in December. Luisa was very friendly, very accommodating and spoke very good English if that is helpful to you. Her location is very convenient for many things including Train, Bus, Great Restaurants etc. We were very pleased and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you Luisa!!

Luisa was a great host. She provided us with everything we needed and was quick to answer our questions. The place is nice and quiet and the terrace was nice too. The apartment is on the southern end of Trastevere so if you really want to be up by the river where the more active part of Trastevere is… You probably have a 20 minute bus ride. Just FYI. We enjoyed our stay in the air conditioned apartment!

Stayed for a month. Visiting from United States. The absolute perfect location to be in Rome as well as a good home base to travel throughout Italy as it is walking distance to train station. The neighborhood had everything you could need and more. Apartment was quiet and private despite being in a large apartment building. View from balcony is amazing, as good as it gets. Kitchen and bath modern and clean. Communication with host excellence and check in very easy. Overall an amazing stay. Definitely recommend and will stay again if ever in Rome.
