So many rentals talk about ocean views and such, but few have one as good as we did. The ocean is about 150 feet away from the house, which has nearly 180 degree views of the ocean. It’s a quiet road , had no issues either neighbors and the house itself was exactly what we needed. We did find a black widow spider though, which we got rid of. Other than that, we found the beds to be comfortable and we will be coming back!

This was a great spot if you just want to relax and listen to the waves. Clean with everything you need. Very short drive to downtown and centrally located to spend time exploring the rest of the coast.

The location absolutely could not be better. I spent a lot of peaceful time staring at the ocean. House was cozy and comfortable for two people. There is not really any sound privacy, but that's what we expected and we had no problems. In fact, my friend and I enjoyed how we could still hear each other and have a conversation even when we were in separate rooms. Kitchen was functional with a variety of pots, pans, and utensils. Beds were comfortable. But the beachfront location of the home was the crown jewel of our experience. Would definitely book this space again!

The photos online do not match the what you walk in to. The home had a terrible smell and was not very clean. The walk to the beach is much farther than the pictures show. We didn’t stay through our reservation due to all of these issues. We have never had this happen in the past before. It was a bummer.

Great location with beach only a couple of hundred feet away. Beautiful ocean views and sunsets with whales spouting and playing in the waves. We really enjoyed our time at Browne house, but the place needs some serious updating, especially in the kitchen. The utensils were really old as well as the fridge and stove. Amples of normal glasses, but we had to request Meredith to provide us with some proper wine glasses. You can also hear every minute sound in the house as it’s a round oval shaped house and the walls are not flush with the ceiling. Not advisable if you looking for privacy with soemone else joining you on holiday.
