We booked to stay here as the house was large enough to accommodate our whole family for a special birthday celebration. The property was immaculate, had everything we could possibly need and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was within easy walking distance of the beach, good restaurants and local shops. There was a lovely welcome hamper and there were birthday balloons in the kitchen when we arrived and milk and butter in the fridge, which were all unexpected but very welcome ‘extras’. We would highly recommend booking to stay here if you are planning to visit the area as it is a superb house in a great location.

The house was perfectly laid out, equipped, clean and ideal for our large family group for 3 nights stay during the Bournemouth Air festival. We didn’t need for anything. Highly recommended to anyone wishing to visit Southbourne and Bournemouth. Richard was very attentive before, during and after our stay. The house is amazing and perfectly laid out for a social family get together if you require plenty of space. We are keen to book again for next year

We had a fabulous family holiday staying at Richard’s place. Even before we arrived he had been in touch to ask how we wanted the rooms configured and to offer baby cots and high chairs. He was super responsive to our requests and flexible on check in and check out and provided local recommendations. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Lots of coffee pods, washing tabs, extra pillows, even toys and towels for the beach, etc. There is a lovely uncrowned beach just a 10 minute walk from the house which serves food, hot drinks, cocktails and ice creams. A little expensive, but super convenient. We also enjoyed the nearby park which is also walkable. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit to Greenlea and once again we had a most enjoyable holiday. The house is ideal for a large family with lots of space for everyone. It is very clean and well equipped. It’s a short walk to a broad sandy beach and also other interesting places nearby. We hope to return soon.

Richard is a caring host, keen for visitors to enjoy themselves, with great communication throughout. This is a lovely, well maintained, property. It is located within easy reach of the beach and facilities, yet quiet. Southbourne beach is a joy to behold!
